Section Title

Nestled in a forested canyon overlooking a private lake stocked with trophy rainbow trout, this Craftsman Estate offers sanctuary from the strain of modern life. Originally designed and built for his parents over thirty years ago when he was just embarking on his architectural education, Mr. Hill was retained by the new owners to update and expand the original 5,000 square foot home to transform it into a truly unique residential estate. Drawing on historical references including Greene and Greene and traditional Japanese architectural forms, the residence is hand crafted from old growth Douglas fir timbers and western red cedar paneling. Amenities include extensive active water features such as indoor and outdoor pools with terraces and landscaped grounds overlooking the lake.
