Located on 8.2 acres in the California desert The Palms Senior Living Community will be a phased mixed use development including a range of senior living options and three restaurant/retail pads along the highway frontage. The first phase of development will be a State of California licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly encompassing a mix of senior assisted living and memory care units. Additional phases consisting of senior assisted living units, senior independent living units, restaurants, and retail complete the development. Design of the one and two story structures are inspired by the locally favored mission style with tile roofs, stucco, and covered walkway elements. A neighboring date palm grove provides cues for the extensive landscape treatment.
