Located on a gently sloping site off Orchard Heights Boulevard, the Orchard Heights development had been designed to accommodate a range of uses including an 18 acre 400 unit senior living community, a 74 unit condominium complex, a 66 unit courtyard style cluster housing complex, and 17 single family lots. Occupying the summit of the hill with spectacular mountain views, the condominium complex includes a pool and recreation center and two building types designed with private garages interconnected with each unit. The high density courtyard style cluster housing is designed to maintain the feel of detached single-family units while maximizing the density and the potential of the sloping site.
