Located on an eleven acre site adjacent to an existing 60 unit assisted living facility, the Westbrook Gardens senior living campus provides an additional 48 retirement cottages in one-story duplex and four-plex structures. A centrally located clubhouse provides activity space and also serves as a dining room for the cottage residents. A new 16 bed secured dementia facility is connected to the existing assisted living facility.
