Hill Architects provided master planning and architectural design services for this world-class destination resort on a 1500-acre site adjacent to Lake Michigan. The project includes a four-star 360-room hotel, extensive meeting and health club facilities, retail facilities, and a total of 500 single-family residences, and 1200 condominium or townhouse residences. The resort features four 18-hole championship golf courses including Jack Nicklaus’ signature course, “The Bear.” Other golf facilities include two clubhouses, a 9-hole practice course, a putting course, and a golf academy.
