Located on two parcels of land flanking either side of Interstate 5, several miles north of downtown Sacramento, the Gateway Center features two mirror-image, 14-story office towers totaling 595,000 s.f. The towers, clad in a combination of precast concrete and granite, face each other across Interstate 5, creating a symbolic gateway to the city. A total of 2,450 parking spaces for the office towers and adjacent restaurants is provided on grade, and concealed from upper floor views by careful integration into an orchard-like grid of trees.
