Located on a 43 acre site adjacent to the new planned community of Villebois, the Grove at Villebois will be a new community designed to take advantage of the best available sustainable technologies and strategies. Integrated into a site forested with oaks, maples and Douglas firs, more than ½ of the site will be preserved as forest habitat. A total of 268 units will include 64 townhouse units, 169 detached single-family residences and 35 accessory dwelling units.
